MR. THOMAS SIBANDA

Tom received legal training at the University of Zimbabwe where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LLB Hons.) in January 2006 and was thereafter admitted to practice law. He is also an admitted and practicing attorney of the High Court and other courts of the Republic of Botswana. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Botswana. He is also a certified Conveyancer and Notary Public, in the Republics of Botswana and Zimbabwe.

Tom also holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Banking Law from the University of South Africa. He is also member of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators and the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC and holds the prestigious Fellowship member status in both institutions after successfully completing the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC’s Accelerated Arbitration Course for Advocates and Attorneys.
